My Fluffy Friend's Pet Shop was recommended to us by the amazing adoption agency we adopted our dog, Boston, from. Boston was a shy/timid puppy and was also having issues with our cat. We reached out to Kathy for assistance and completed a private training appointment as well as the Beginner Elementary Class and we couldn't be happier with the results! The classes helped Boston with comfort and socialization and the private training appointment helped us manage her issues with our cat. We use the skills we learned through both every single day. Kathy is such a knowledgeable and caring instructor. Not only did Boston learn her basic commands, but the classes helped us become more confident pet owners. I highly recommend My Fluffy Friend's Pet Shop and the training they provide!!

As always Team Fluffy Friends gives the best service. I love how you are so kind and welcoming every time I come get food for my cat. I booked an appointment over the phone to get my pup’s nails trimmed. There must have been some miscommunication on their end because when I showed up, the manager/owner (?) said my reservation never existed. But instead of turning me away, she accommodated my dog and I. I had to wait outside the shop due to Covid, which was totally fine. They had no-contact payment (link via text) which was cool. And to top it off, they did a great job with my boy’s nails! Aside from that minor reservation hiccup, I’d definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic pet shop, with lots of options for healthy pet food and treats. Good quality brands and fantastic staff! I’m doing the puppy training there and we’re loving them!
