Graham is very helpful. Bought an aquarium from him and he gave me an overview on aquarium ownership and maintenance without hesitation. He was also very knowledgeable in fish species and what works together and what don’t.

They have good supplies for reptiles that you can't find at chain stores. Staff are kind of awkward and aren't very good at engaging with customers. The store is kinda cramped and dirty, they could definitely improve this.

Graham is a wealth of knowledge and is very helpful when it came to what I needed regarding my fish. Highly recommend this store.

Always good selection here. Friendly guy - I think he may own it. He's always there when I go to buy things. I buy mostly fish and fish supplies but they have other suppliers too: cats,vdogs, birds, lizards etc.
