Always really friendly staff, nice big air conditioned store, they carry First Mate brand of cat/dog food which is made locally and with high quality ingredients. So wet go there all the time for our 2 cats. Also the resident claw clipper is super nice and very reasonably priced!

The store is large. I asked for help locating items and the sales person could not direct me. Same staff member over charged me but discovers the mistake and fixed it but did not positively impress me. There must be something wrong with their training as I have had unpleasant experiences at the Main Street location as well.

Wow what great service, advice and still a wide selection of products. Rewards club. New puppy book with advice and coupons. All staff we talked to had great advice and manager was well trained / educated.
