Dashing Dawgs Grooming & Store

We've brought our Maltese to Dashing Dawgs several times. The groomer has been fantastic with him. She has a great attention to detail and always gets his cut done right. More important than that, she is very calm and gentle with him. He can be a nervous and anxious dog and has been very stressed after appointments at other groomers. After being groomed at Dashing Dawgs, he is always calm and doesn't show any signs of stress at all. Thank-you for treating our dog so well!

Great place, they have an incredible staff that is informed and ready to help. They groomed my nervous dog and took their time with him. They are all about what is good for the animal and that is something I appreciate. I highly recommend them for any grooming service for dog or cat.

Such a cute store with lovely staff! When I made an appointment for grooming based on a friend's recommendation, I had no idea there was also such a great store as well. They have everything you can think of for your dog. I walked away with a fantastic groom for my Pom and a great rain coat for my Golden. So glad I've found this place!

The shop is very busy at times but is always clean and tidy, they are always very accommodating and are always there to help. I had given instructions to my friend who dropped off my two miniature schnauzers for grooming and they listened very well to them my only wish is that the Japanese girls come back soon, their attention to detail is amazing and The dogs love them very much. support small local business such as Dashing Dawgs so that they keep doing what it is they are great at!

I’m not sure how I feel right now but right now I’m stressed. I told the groomer not to shave my pomeranian but I wanted her fur to match the length of her patch. I asked after how she did it after I got her and said she used clippers on her fur. Although I liked the look at first, I realized what she said and I hope it grows back normal because this place is usually nice to go to for dental cleaning. I was expecting her to just use scissors. I won’t come back for grooming again, since my trust for any groomer is out. :/ Her fur doesn’t feel the same even when it was short when I adopted her. Edit to reply: You did not call me to double-check and the photo where she’s happy is when I adopted her in 2018. The photo where she’s lying on my bed is current, so there can be a comparison with her fur. If you did call me to tell me, I would’ve appreciated it and asked to not get her fur this short.
