The workers are always pleasant and helpful when I go there. There's also a nice selection of things for cats and dogs alike. Even when something is out, they're able to either let me know when a shipment is coming or if I need to order something special they can do that as well. They have a little program where you can get a free bag of food - it used to be buy 10 get 1 free but they upped it to buy 12. Still nice to have a little incentive though.

Why was my friend turned away because she only had cash? She didn't have a card with her and they were rude and wouldn't let her purchase the cat grass. Never had any store refuse cash. She sanitized her hands upon entry. If you're so afraid of covid just shut your doors!

I went there last weekend to pick up my order of Now Kitten dry food which was on sale. I called up first to confirm that the $5 manufacturer's coupon I have can also be applied to the sale item. I was assured that it will be. When I got there, the person at the counter said it's one or the other. I ended up just using the coupon I had but had to pay the regular price for it. I am unhappy with my experience esp because I called first to confirm. Nov 2020 - The management has since provided me a credit for the sale price and the free tetra pak cat food that came with the sale price.
