I have shopped at Bosleys stores for many years and when I moved to the West End was glad to see a local store on Denman street. They have good management and friendly staff. Unfortunately, a new staff member, whose name begins with H is a bit of a nasty person. She seems to push other staff around. I was talking to another female employee, whose name I don't know and this H person pushed in and took over and was quite rude to everyone involved. Since then, when I go to the store, I try to stay away from her. Just remember H, it's a pet store, not a political campaign

Still great service despite all the covid situation . The whole staff is giving 100% effort to ensure customers needs are all looked after .

I always go to this Bosley's branch coz I feel so welcomed and there are always friendly helpful staff to help me out if I'm looking for something.
