West End Veterinary Clinic

Would not recommend this clinic. I went here for the good reviews, but experienced anything but a good experience. Dr. Childs seems a little off-putting and doesn't seem to care that much about the pets that she treats. They also seem very affixed on making money and will charge you for every little thing. Also, the receptionist is very unprofessional and cold-hearted. Take my advice, there are definitely other better clinics out there.

A wonderful vet clinic! Dr Childs is very thorough and the staff are very polite and helpful. Our cat has had some health concerns over the last year and the clinic has been very supportive through them all :) We also had to fill out some forms for pet insurance and the clinic was prompt at getting the forms back to us.

This clinic provides compassionate care for pets and owners. I took my dog to West End Clinic in an emergency and a panic. I was emotional and not easy to deal with at the time, however, all of the staff showed me patients and understanding and provided my dog with LOVING care SAVED her life. I even received updates with pictures of my dog being cuddled and loved after business hours. Dr. Childs took the time to personally teach me how to administer medication before I brought my dog home Dr Childs . And the staff took the care to come up with a loving and creative way to help my dog accept the medication as she was difficult at first. After I took my dog home , Dr Childs and the staff answered all my questions even though I was asking a lot(maybe too many) they were always there for us. This clinic took care of my dog and me as an owner . I would not want my dog in anyone else’s care because I truly feel my dog wouldn’t want to be in anyone else’s care either.

Dr. Childs and her team did an excellent job of soothing my anxious, agitated kitten Louise at her pre-neuter appointment. They did the bloodwork she needed and gave me a complete overview of the next steps (and the administration of other medication that she needs), all while working with an extremely nervous, upset girl. She was right as rain coming out of her appointment, and was relaxing at home within minutes. Thank you for the professional, kind, and expert care. We will see you soon!

Had a minor miscommunication with the receptionist but in the end the vet did her very best to following up with me and my dog. Vet Is very friendly and is super accommodating and answers all your questions the best she can. Most of the staff are super friendly and very personable.
