$10.50 for you to go in and bath your dog. Worth every penny. I don't have to worry about all of the cleanup.

Went in to purchase items for our cats. Go there frequently, always follow the protocols . I go in today with my daughter who had just sanitised personally with our masks and the person at the counter, no greeting, "We ask you both sanitise your hands". Boom , not even a hello, no smile but a steely glare that we are not doing the right thing. There is a reason some people ( my daughter) has to use her own sanitiser as some are very harsh. This is the second time this same person has been so unfriendly to us. Looks like if you have a dog needing a bath you will get treated differently ( based on other reviews) and will be treated well. We are customers who have gone there regularly but will not go back because the customer service from one employee is confronting and rude. Lots of excellent pet stores up a few blocks in Burnaby, Global Pet foods is women owned and local, happy to give them my business. Next time perhaps at least say hello and check in before barking orders about hand sanitizer. It is too bad as we like the store brand kitten food but happy to pay much, much more to not have to see this staff member again.

This location is great & their Manager Meg has an amazing genuinely friendly team. That makes both my dog & i feel appreciated and thoroughly enjoy every visit since moving to eastside of the city 10 months ago. There are other pet stores considerably closer, however, none like the great & always helpful staff so worth the trip & extra time. *Damian waves to staff*

Good selection of things for cats and dogs. But not much for rabbits.

The friendliest staff of any pet store - chain or otherwise! Yes, there are lots of locally owned and run small pet businesses, but the staff at this store makes up for the large-corporately-owned-store vibe. Yes, they offer the 'usual' brands, and, no, you're not going to find any vegan, handmade cat toys or whatever, but the store atmosphere and kind, helpful personnel have earned my devotion.
