Upon arrival, front desk was unmanned and we waited for 15 minutes before Kaleb showed up to check us in. He did not apologize for making us wait. When there was a problem with our room, Kaleb was incredibly rude and unhelpful, refusing to move us. He was condescending, obtuse, and impudent. I asked to speak to a manager or another staff member. He told me there was no one else working and no manager available. I was disgusted by this interaction - truly pathetic customer service. I'm completely dissatisfied and cannot believe this kind of attitude is allowed for staff who interact with paying customers. My party booked 3 rooms at the hotel tonight; we travel together for work and often book multiple rooms. We won't be coming back.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The tub and shower were excellent. The WiFi worked well. Breakfast was good. I used the automatic pancake machine to make a couple of fresh pancakes.

Nice hotel. My room was quiet. Overall, a nice place to stay. Breakfast is good. Pancake machine is a novelty but they dont taste that great. Lol.
