Wow, I'm so thankful for Kaslo Mechanical! I was a bit worried about my tie rods as I was driving through the Kootenays, and I called pretty much every auto place in Nelson and Kaslo... no one was able to take a look at my car since they were so booked up. Kaslo Mechanical was the ONLY place willing to fit me in between their other bookings at such short notice. They were so friendly and gracious and reassured me my car is in good shape for the rest of my trip. Even though my car ended up not needing any work done, these guys have great ethics and big hearts and really stand for great customer service. Highly recommended.

We had travelled from Cranbrook, just had new tires put on our motorhome, and when arriving in Kaslo, realized our inside tire of the duals was flat. We pulled into Kaslo Mechanical and spoke to Derek the owner. It was a Friday and they were very busy but he took us in first thing Saturday morning and had our problem solved in 30 minutes. We highly recommend Kaslo Mechanical! They were friendly, professional and went out of their way to help us! Thank you!
