I walked in off the street on a whim on a day off from riding my mtn bike. They serviced my rear shock and installed a new dropper seat post. Excellent service and nice people to deal with. I recommend this place.

Booked an appointment to get my rear bike shock rebuilt (fox float). Dropped it off in the morning and was done before lunch. Two weeks later and some punishing rides at Revy and the shock still feels like new. Awesome service. Will definitely get more work done there.

They came recommended by our local bike shop. Excellent service and quality work. Cost was as advertised, packaging was professional, and shipping was quick. I am already packing up my next fork to send them.

Jon is the best suspension tech in western Canada. Period. I ran my bike through 3 shops locally and no one could fix my issue. Jon was patient and listened to my concerns. Fixed my problem 100%. He saved me hundreds, I was this close to buying a new shock. Thanks everyone at ion2!!
