Really messy, the rabbits closure was filled with poop and was never cleaned and fish were really ill I bought Molly/platies and they died really fast, and the workers were really nice

Just has the worst experience at the total pet in Terrace. I was standing at the till for over 10 mins while employees chatted by the fish tanks. When I approached the blonde lady with glasses for customer service she snapped at me to go find someone else. That is not how you treat returning customers!! Was also very frustrated by the lack of price tags on multiple products. Please fix your customer service as this is NOT the first time I've had or seen this happen.

Very good and nice people. Very helpful and pleasant. The store is well supplied. There is a nice washing station for pets. Always a pleasure to visit.
