Went here to buy some jewelry the other day - the girls were so friendly, nice, down to earth and very real with my mom and I! One of them even helped me choose a beautifully coloured nose bone that would go with my brown eyes - a personable touch. Overall great experience - the rest of the store had lots of great products and a good vibe as well.

One of the store managers within the company has posted 5 star reviews for almost every store company wide, all at the same time. Transparency goes a long way with customers and builds trust! Instead of spending time trying to hide the negative reviews, maybe you should focus on correcting the issues your customers have
