Clean Rooms ..Very nice area..a bit pricey, but the whole area is expensive.. its a well know place..close to Parlee Beach..20 minutes walk

I was there with 3 generations of family. We had a very nice 2 bedroom unit for the first 3 nights. Highly recommend it. They last night the only option we had was to rent a unit with a kitchen (which they may refer to as one of the apartments). This unit also has 3 beds, but is not nearly as private and there is a step in the unit which were a concern for the older guests. Continental breakfast served 8:00 to 10:00. From 8:00 to 9:00, it was swamped. 9:00-10:00 there was plenty of space. The fresh croissants are amazing, well worth waiting until 9:00 in my opinion. Nice lady at the desk is pleasant and very helpful. Shuttle will bring you down-town, but does not travel often. In short, they have a lot of value to offer for the money, but a little information makes the stay much more pleasurable. If you enjoy drive-in movies, there is a screen next door and it faces some of the units (plays Friday and Saturdays I believe).

Very nice motel..our room was pretty big with lots and lots of space . The housekeeping do a wonderful job and keep the room looking fabulous. It was so beautiful out side at night..which is where we sat for a bit.. of course chairs were provided. The front dest lady was extremely helpful making our stay a a pleasant one. When I go back I will be staying there and I highly recommend this motel.
