Awesome and quick service

Had a tire blow out on our dump truck, on the way home , we then back roaded it and came across Al's tirecraft, stoped in to see if we can get a tire so we didn't have to limp home, they had one and also billed it to another shop where we have an account. So that was nice. Took them maybe about half hour. Not bad considering "emergency tire service" Would use there service agian if that way again and need an emerg tire service

Poor customer service and customer relations. Caught one of the employees driving erratic in the snow last winter. I approached the employee and addressed my concerns. He turned and hit my vehicle with a bottle in his hands. I immediately called the company and they said thes would address the situation. Left my number and contact info. Never heard a thing back. So much for customer care.
