I have had an overall good experience with this place, but I wanted to warn others who may consider OVERNIGHT SHIPPING fish from Angel Fins. They only guarantee fish that are live on arrival, and only warranty or refund any that are DOA. I lost almost 1/3 of my order ($40 worth of fish on a $200 order including $40 plants and $50 shipping) within the first week, and half of the rummynose tetras had/still have torn fins. One of the rummies arrived missing half his tail and was growing fungus there. Had to medicate entire tank for a week within 3 days of recieving the order. Fully cycled tank and all specs checked out 0 or minimal. Have had no issue with the live plants I received and they are doing fantastic. So buyer beware. No warranty on fish that live past 2 hours after you recieved your order. Do with that what you will.

They always have fish/supplies that are hard to find elsewhere in the Guelph. Orders are completed surprisingly fast given the amount they must be dealing with due to the pandemic. The best aquarium supply store in the Guelph area!

Excellent service. Jarmila was very attentive and helpful with my questions (numerous as they were). I ordered a couple bags of Aqua Soil and they were received in great condition - well packaged and tear free! They shipped very quickly and I look forward to ordering from there in future.
