I booked an appointment 2 months ago, and showed up for our much anticipated appointment, only to be told they had nothing booked for my dog. Someone made a mistake and they couldn't even accommodate. I won't be back. So disappointed. *Update: They claim that they offered an appointment the next day. Not true. I appreciate you trying to save face, but please don't lie.

Very reasonable price (about $17) to get a dog’s nails cut and filed with a dremel. I’ve never needed an appointment; They take the dog right away and it’s done in about 10 minutes. My dog is highly reactive but they put him at ease. They seem genuinely kind to the animals. There is also a loyalty card so you get a free cut and file once in awhile.
