I placed an order on-line on April 9th, 2020. The very next day they were offering a rebate of 15% for on-line orders, which I had asked to be credited back to me. My order was put on hold and no reply was given to me until roughly 10 days later. Let’s keep in mind this is food necessary for my animals to survive. When I finally received a reply, it was a question asking if I wanted my order to be cancelled or not. I replied yes, please cancel my order so I can be refunded and go buy the food, in store, that my animals needed. I was then told my order had shipped. But not before a refund was actually given. When I asked which one was it, I was told that I could return the order if and when I received it. It is now April 21st, and I have been re-charged and re-sent my order, after I went to the store yesterday to finally buy the food my animals desperately needed. I have been given the runaround for weeks, with refunds, and charges and mixed information, only to be told I can use my own time and money to return whatever I’m not happy with. Is this for real? This has got to be the absolute worst Customer Service I have ever seen and I am appalled and disgusted with the way I have been treated by their team and their company. I can guarantee that I will not only never shop at Mondou ever again, but I will also encourage all to go to Safari where I have been treated with respect and been shipped the very next day items for my pets. In a time where there is a global crisis I cannot understand how your organization is operating this way. This is unacceptable.

Very clean and spacious shop to move around comfortably. Young and dynamic staff despite a small lack of expertise. Easy access and parking location.

The products are not delivered! I ordered a cage on Nov 12 but it's not there. Their service standard of 3 to 5 working days for deliveries does not hold up!

Very bad service at the Beloeil store .. more when we file a complaint and put a notice on their Facebook page the manager the tite madame tattoo sends us her boyfriend in pv on Facebook to threaten us to break our hands .. it looks bipolar and very bad attitude and what about the company that laughs at the world instead of handling complaints there blocked us on Facebook so that others can see our bad opinions about the company .. I'm here that I must file a complaint with the police for threatening the manager and her boyfriend.
