Took my watch here to have the battery replaced. Next day after I shower the watch is full of water. They accepted no responsibility. Rude people too.

Absolutely rude, terrible people and service! Do not go here! I just needed one loop replaced at the end of my necklace that broke off. A better business might have done it for free in good faith, since it was bought here, and then I would come back in future. They charged $15. It was only worth $26. Fine, times are tough. I asked if they could do a little clean of the locket while they were at it. they said yes but not a full polish or that would cost extra. Again fine. Returned it to me repaired but black & tarnished as before. Said they had no record of that, scoffed and belittled me. I asked her what I could use to clean it, she ignored me. I asked her in a different way a few more times, she still didn't seem to understand. Second they couldn't find a record of my credit from last year, and accused me of lying! Then the owner was literally yelling (in front of other customers) at me when I asked if I could use a prepaid credit card! Who does that?! I asked if she could try it, please. No! Accused me of being a crook!!! I was so shocked! Then she got her staff to yell at me and call me names! I just wanted to pay and leave! Absolutely disgusting! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

My fiance and I chose Bishops to get sized at and design and pick out bands because they have a great selection, helpful and friendly staff and best of all they are local!

I recently had an old, intricate family ring repaired at Bishop. The white gold was worn and it was all yellowing. Not being a fan of yellow gold, I asked if they could make it look silver again. They re-plated the ring in rhodium, and it looks better than ever -- and all for a great price. I will be back for future jewelry repairs and purchases.
