I have had 4 separate encounters with 12 officers from this detachment, none of them for criminal reasons and ONLY ONE OFFICER, handled the situation with any sense of compassion, integrity and I thank her .....Cst. Cairns, you wear the uniform as it is meant to be, as a retired first responder myself, I thank you. The last group of 3 officers, I also am grateful for the dignity you showed us in such a difficult time. If not for these four officers, I would most certainly not be giving the RCMP a single star.
I had an urgent criminal record check needs to be done immediately. Went to Burnaby RCMP, Cindy and Grace helped me. They are so nice. Cindy tried to make sure I was doing the correct one. Grace finished the check within 20 mins. Cannot appreciate more about their kindness and efficiency. Thanks again!!
Great service here. Went in for a full record check and had it done in under a business week. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
People at the front desk were super helpful, and got my criminal record check done in under half an hour! Only complaint is that getting to the entrance is tricky with all the sidewalk construction.
It was bad when incident happened just before I called. But the follow up guy is nice and promise for more petrol on my area. Feel safer a little bit. Please keep up!! Good Job!
