My first experience at the store, I went in for dog shampoo. Over all I found all the staff extremely friendly. Sadly they didnt have the brand I normally use in stock but one of the ladies working there was knowledgable enough to help pick out a shampoo and explain why another brand I've used caused my dog dandruff. Based upon my dogs mixed breeds her coat would be thicker so any shampoo I use should always be diluted. She helped me pick out a brand I haven't used in the past. She also informed me if it doesn't work I cant return it for a full refund.
