Four Points by Sheraton Grande Prairie

This place is great. It’s clean and very nice inside including the restaurant, conference rooms and bedrooms. The staff were very accommodating and check in and check out was seem-less. If you are in Grande Prairie and need a great spot to sleep I’d recommend here for sure especially seeing as the room have truly “blacked out” curtains.

Everything that could go right went right. I wish I wrote down all of the names of the people that we dealt with. Sandi, Emma, front desk, housekeeping, etc....loved the pool for the kids. Referred by John at Better Than Fred's. Will definitely stay there again!!

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was a nice size, especially the bathroom and shower. Bed was quite firm. Queen sized pillows on a king bed was odd.

Clean, professional, friendly, decent food, comfortable accommodation; really all you can ask for without going high end luxury.

Rooms only get cleaned once a week and no continental breakfast, they only make the keys good for one day. Do not recommend this hotel.
