Asked for a dog treat without chicken. Associate recommended product. Got home and gave a couple to my dog, checked ingredients. Had 3 ingredients with chicken. At least they exchanged it... I'll make a huge detour before having to stop here again

We work with a dog rescue. This place could've been a constant for us. Instead an initial first-impression over the phone left me feeling uneasy. No vegan options, rude customer service over the phone. Maybe get with 2020 and have non-dairy options? And if you don't have any right now, don't be rude about not having it.

Cool place, but not a big selection...so very limited, lacking vegan options and non-dairy products.
