I called earlier today to inquire about some natural pain relievers for my dog and Sharon couldn't of been any sweeter or more helpful. We chatted for a bit and I told her I'd be by a little later. Upon my arrival she had an assortment of options ready for me to look at. Instead of trying to talk me into the most expensive option she lead me to what was best for my situation. That is top notch customer service. We chatted for a bit and I could easily tell this place cares about the people they're serving and the pets they own. I'll definitely be back because they also have a wonderful selection of various things any dog owner could possibly need.

A welcoming place for pet parents. They offer a good variation of products both accessories and food. I feed raw and I am never disappointed with their product availability. The owner is extremely helpful in assisting clients, she knows her stuff, is knowledgeable too with more holistic treatment alternatives and carries those supplements as well. If she doesn't know something or have the item, you can be guaranteed she will look into it and follow up with you. She really goes the extra mile. Shelley is very knowledgeable about her products and has a wide selection. She supports local fundraisers, feline adoptions in her store and offers a monthly low cost walk-in nail trim! She has lots of magazines and books to read and loves sharing knowledge with patrons.

Great pet store in Hudson with a huge range of really high quality food including a great raw range. The owner Shelley is super friendly and really knowledgeable. Free local delivery available too!

Excellent service. They also carry Iron Will Raw which is a great raw food for dogs. It's in a really cute area too.
