I bought a poutine to take away. At home, I realized that the fries were almost raw. I phoned to report the problem. I was told that I confused raw and overcooked fries! It's insulting. At 38, I know how to differentiate the two! I asked to speak to the owner. She was very unfriendly and offered me nothing. She told me it was impossible because they had just changed the oil. Nothing to do with my problem. In short, extremely bad service and poutine not good by the same token.
