Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)

These members put their lives on the line for us. We don’t pay these people enough money or give them enough resources for what they are expected to do. They have a much bigger area per member to protect than city law enforcement, and we have had many break in’s and thefts with the present economic climate. The Mountain View Victim services who work alongside the RCMP are also commendable. Everybody complains until they need these folks.

The Didsbury RCMP police our town in a fair manner. When I called in with a question, someone knowledgeable was able to give me the information that I needed over the phone.
