We trusted these guys and brought our vehicles to them exclusively since we moved to Sooke. Then we brought our vehicle in for an out of province inspection... we bring it in on a Thursday, our temp insurance runs out at the end of the day. They tell us it will be done by noon, then 3, then when we come to pick up they say that their permit has expired and they cannot actually complete it. So they tell us to bring it back tomorrow or Tuesday because of the long weekend. Then they leave early, decide to close Friday and are totally fine with us having no insurance for an entire 5 days! We had to bring it to langford to Westshore transmission to get another inspection done, after paying for another day of insurance and the extra time and gas to go to langford. But they still charged us the full amount for the inspection that they didn't actually complete. Save your time and money and go to Westshore Transmission in Langford, this place obviously doesn't care about their customers.

Took in my frankenstein truck with a 350 crate motor and built trans to be tuned. They checked everything over, adjusted, tuned and timed for a very good price. Now it's running like a top with all the power unlocked. I had taken it to a number of other shops that just didn't have the knowledge to get it done like this. I'm extremely happy with their work, I will be bring all my future business to these guys, 10/10.

During this pandemic we need to be extra appreciative of the essential service these professionals provide. Tell them. Also any questions i have had or service of my used lemonish van are always dealt with patiently and I leave confident that the repair keeps me safe and in these days sane as I have mobility again when I need it.
