Although work has not begun on my car yet(bit of a wait list), my first meeting with the owner was nice. He was very friendly and attentive. Giving it a 4 out of 5 for now(will give final review after my car is fixed). So far, so good!

Unfortunately, after being rear ended a second time we needed to get the car fixed. I felt horrible that their amazing work done a few years ago had to done again. But, I was happy to give them the work. Their whole team is amazing and did a fantastic job. Mark went above and beyond both times to make everything as easy as possible for us and it was so appreciated.

Excellent service and work. I am extremely happy with the work they did; it looks better than before I was in an accident. The process was very smooth and it was done quicker than I thought it would be. I would highly recommend CSN Otter Point Collision!

Mark and the team at Otter Point Collision did a great job repairing the door of my truck. Friendly, professional, and good quality work. My son had his car repaired there last year and was also very happy with the result. I definitely recommend this shop.
