Great staff, knowledgeable and friendly! Love this place.

WORST PLACE EVER! We are new to Sooke figured we'd try this place based on the reviews. When we called we told them our dog has anxiety and they assured us all would be good! She was traumatized to the point that when we brought her home, she would not come out of the bedroom. She botched her cut. Shaved off some matts right to her skin. We don't know if her fur will grow back the same! DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!

Great little independent pet store! I've been coming here for years and the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. I've never used the grooming services but I hear they're phenomenal. Its so nice to have a truly Canadian pet store in Sooke!
