Len and Darryl were wonderful. Very caring and professional. I had my engagement ring stolen and then returned, damaged. Len was able to identify my diamond and then offered to repair the band. He repaired my engagement ring back to brand new. Skillful work and excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to take any future repairs to them. Thanks!!

Came in to have an engagement ring resized. He complained about the margins on resizing rings bought elsewhere. He asked me if I wanted to go back to the place I bought the ring to get it resized. I told him that they don't do that, so that's why I'm here. He then completely ignored me and helped another customer that had come in after me. Thanks for wasting my time.
