Four Paws Pet Grocery & Boutique - Pet Food and Supplies Sidney BC

I recently adopted a young Saluki from overseas and Four Paws has been there from day 1 with friendly advice on food choice, recommended leash and harness models and everything in between. Staff are always friendly, cheerful and willing make recommendation (or even to suggest trying alternatives if they feel the items they carry aren't the best choice for you and your pet). I am sorry to say I am moving away but would keep them as my pet food and equipment provider if I could. Four Paws is the best!

They go over and above hospitality. They order food in for you and will preorder for you before your last bag runs out incase you forget to call in time...love shopping local

A big "BRAVO" to Four Paws! I came back to Canada recently and had to go into quarantine and the staff there have made it SO easy for me to order on the phone and get contactless deliveries. They were also very helpful in helping me choose the right kind of food, even doing research online. They sent me a list of frozen raw foods that might be appropriate for my dog. They took the worry out of finding food for my dog while in quarantine. And now, even out of quarantine, I'm still doing contactless deliveries. Businesses can learn a lesson from these folks.
