Have been dealing with Sharon for close to 30 years, have always been happy with the service

Absolutely terrible customer service, they made me feel awful about myself for having to get my ring made bigger. I have never felt more humiliated in a business, she made me cry in front of another customer. Will not be supporting her business and will take my ring out of town to get it sized, which is unfortunate, as I love to support the businesses in our town usually.

Extremely unprofessional and no sales motive. Owner expects customers to wander around and find things on their own and doesn't even have accurate knowledge of what she is selling. She could not tell me if the ring she sold me was a real diamond or lab manufactured.

Took a ring in to get fixed, took forever, didn’t tell me she was gonna cut it up, looked Like a child did the work, and sent it out after her money grab. Unacceptable!, took advantage of a client.

Good honest, reliable service. Have been doing business at Sharon's since 2006, found her to be as I said honest & reliable-a very nice person.
