Thank you Kim at Lordco for helping us out today, so graciously. We were on a long road trip and our truck battery died in Golden. We called Lordco who came to our rescue as quickly as possible with a battery and helped do the install for us too (in less than 15 min). We’re so appreciative of your help and kindness! Thank you! Today we had an issue with our camper. It died about 30 km outside of Golden. Being almost 5 pm and closing at 6, Lordco had a replacement icm for our old ford camper. Knowing I had to bike from our location to town about 35 k, I wasnt going to make it by 6. The fellows stayed 40 min extra to make sure I had the new icm in my hand and even offered to help get me to my van to fix it. We had the van going a few hours later and was able to continue our trip. I havent experienced this sort of personability in a long time. This was more than just a customer experience, it was the old way, going the extra mile for a person in a tight spot. Extremely greatful for the Guys down at Lordco. Will shop here when it comes to Edmonton.
