Impeccable Jewellery

I went to this store to see if they offer watch battery replacing service, since the other place was closed. He did it for 15 bucks, which wasn't too bad. I got it back, the time was corrected and the watch was moving again! I was very happy. But then i looked at the back and saw that my name on the back was crooked. I asked him to fix it, and he did fix it, sure, but there were two new noticeable scratches through my name and small dents on the back. (edit: i didn't see the scratches when i got it back the first time) I was sad to see that, since the watch is a precious gift from my grandma. Other than that, the owner was nice and fast service. I hope i can fix the scratches. To the owner: I saw your reply. I appreciate that you cleaned it for me, it was a very considerate gesture, but please do note that i wipe it clean as often as twice a day. I cleaned it before i went into your store, and i have known that there are lots of tiny little scratches from when i put the watch down, but never those hook-like scratches that almost goes across the whole back plate. I also never noticed the dents where i presume you put your mini screwdriver in to pop the back out. Really not trying to sound like im looking down on you, or being arrogant or like im your teacher or anything, but please be careful when you do anything like that. The watch could have a very deep meaning for the person who wears it, like mine is to me. Please don't take offense to this.

Total rip off! Charged me $70 to change a watch band (Which I supplied) definitely won’t be going back

Went in to get a new pin for my watch, they fixed it right away and refused to charge me! I will definitely go back when I am looking for jewellery.

Bad experience, rudest people I’ve ever met. Hope they go out of business. The owner will argue with every reviewer and denies serving those who are disappointed or unhappy. Those of us who tried to deal with you/the owner directly and got nothing but disgusting behaviour from a grown man. You should be ashamed of yourself and the “business” you run. I gave up on a resolution with your company, I would never trust my jewelry in your care. I hope it costs you plenty to continue to pay for good reviews!!
