Such a great experience! Popped in to ask how much it would be to resize my engagement ring and dual wedding bands. I was given a very reasonable quote and received my newly resized rings within 3 days. They did a beautiful job! Very happy to have such a great local jeweller and goldsmith. 5 star all the way!

I had my engagement ring sized there and and the "claws" on the diamond reinforced for an EXCELLENT price. And the service was so friendly. We will be buying our wedding rings there.

Having been there before to get a ring resized a few years ago (a pleasant experience overall) I naturally returned to Huyen jewellery this morning, expecting a repeat of the customer service I had prior. I was sadly erroneous in the placement of my trust and expectations of a satisfactory customer experience on this occasion. I had need of some custom ring work (taking diamonds from a pendant setting and reworking them into a ring for my fiance). Upon presentation of the pendant adorned with the stones (and after explaining that they belonged to my great grandfather, whom was a diamond miner therefore rendering the stones with a great deal of sentimental value to me) the jeweller, that I presume is also the owner said with a sarcastic undertone whilst referring to my diamond mining great grandfather "you'd think you would have hot better quality diamonds than these". I was horrified that a "professional" would say something like this after having JUST been told that they hold sentimental value to my family. After shrieking at him that "I honestly dont know how you have business talking to your customers like that" I left, absolutely disgusted thinking of my great grandfather and how insulted he would have felt after hearing a sarcastic and rude display of poor manners. This is a long post but as hurt as I felt, I thought others should understand the context of my experience, hopefully it will save you dear reader of enduring the same. I went to impeccable jewelry thereafter and was treated (forgive the pun) like gold. Thanks for reading.

Bought an engagement ring here 8 years ago, my wife still gets complements on it every day. He has fixed it a few times after the wife has broken it, and always as good as new.
