What a great little shop! So much selection and feels very down to earth, not like a big box store at all. Friendly, very informative service. Will be returning!

I drive from Victoria to Duncan to go to this pet store. Their selection of products are better than other pet stores. It’s refreshing to see a variety of different merchandise. The owner and workers are so friendly and helpful every time I’ve been in the store. The owner will help find other more usual products if she doesn’t have it in her store. There are male mice to adopt which seems to be a rare occurrence for other stores. I highly recommend this wonderful pet store.

Just got my first puppy in over a decade so I didn't know what I needed. The staff are so kind and knowledgeable here. Sure I could save myself an extra 25 mins in travel to go to pet smart by my house in goldstream, but going the distance is well worth it.

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, the owner is an absolute delight to deal with. I have been a customer of theirs for nearly 5 years. The animals are set up according to their needs, and the pricing is way better than Pet Smart.

Brought our bird in for wings and toes, he did come out with a little nick on his toe but he survived with no trauma and was comfortable after the experience. A great local store able to provide pet services and a large selection for all sorts of pet needs. Definitely would reccomend here over any PetSmart or other chain petstore.
