I would not recommend this place at all. My wall clock quit working after I recently moved and I assumed something got wiggled loose at that time. On the phone it was bring your clock in and we will take a look and give you an estimate but at the store it was now $200 just to look at it. When I said that was more than I wanted to pay at this particular time and then started to leave he started yelling at me and continued to do so all the way to the exit door. He was still yelling after I had actually left the store. Not the way to treat a customer at all. I have never been treated so rudely ever and I will never be back!!! Wish I could give it zero stars.

Do not bring your high end watch here! They gave my watch to someone else and tried to give me a $100 watch (mine is worth $3200). Either it was a blotched scam, extremely poor organized, or just a brutal mistake. I got it back eventually, still not fixed (they couldn't figure out how to fix a simple strap, and caused damage where they tried too - ever heard of soft tip tools?). All I asked was for an apology, and didn't get that, instead I got a bunch of ego and attitude. You can still apologize if you want. I don't want to believe you tried to scam me, but every time I tell this story that is what everybody concludes. I just hope it was a bad mistake that you were to prideful to admit. A simple sorry would of prevented this review - maybe next time you'll think twice. All the best.
