Spence Diamonds

Dropped off rings, diamond was loose (again), constant in the last several years. We were told that we needed to replace one of the Baggett diamonds at a cost of 600.00, there are several around the Solitaire. I agreed, however I asked to have the old diamond put into envelope and returned for inspection, considering I already purchased the diamond it was rightfully mine. The clerk was rather quick to tell me this was not their policy. She would have to seek higher approval. A few days later the store in Langley BC called and said the ring was repaired. Upon arrival we find out that the diamond was not replaced and a charge of 80.00 was levied, apparently gold was added to secure the diamond. The store seemed to know nothing about the replacement diamond, no information in the file. Really? Can't these people just be honest? NEWS FLASH! After meeting with the store manager, it was decided that ring should be recast. My guess that perhaps this the standard patten answer in these situations. If fairness to Spence they did a recast for half price, a smart move considering the bungled attempt to pick up an extra $600.00. A recast for free would have been ideal considering the false and misleading information previously passed on to us. After purchasing several times form Spence over the years, I will shop elsewhere.

Nikki was so thorough, so informative, and did everything that she could to accommodate our wants and needs. My whole experience was wonderful and such an amazing memory I will have.
