Beautiful selection of diamonds. Donna from the Langley location assisted me and she's the person you need to see. She is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I needed some assistance with my ring after purchase and she was responsive to my text msgs and she even followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

A great experience! Kristina was phenomenal helping me find the engagement ring I needed and getting it resized on a tight timeline. Very highly recommended.

Extremely rude sales person! I went to your store in Willowbrook Mall yesterday looking for a bar type necklace for my daughter's graduation gift. The sales person seemed somewhat friendly at first. After she opened the case to show me an item and while I was pondering weather it would be suitable or not, I said I didn't think it would work because the face wasn't big enough to engrave anything on it. When I asked her if they had this same item but in a bit bigger version, she abruptly said no, slammed the case closed and started to walk away. Talk about being shocked! This behaviour is unacceptable! The mall was empty and especially with what's going on in the world, do they not want the business. It was pretty upsetting and I will never be back.
