Ben Moss is the biggest scam in the jewelry industry and a disgrace in customer service to say the least. Avoid at all costs. I bought a diamond ring from this location in April 2020 and less than two months of owning it, a tiny diamond fell out. This should never happen in a lightly worn diamond ring. So I checked their website to check on warranty and it states that my ring comes with "basic coverage". They mislead you to believe that "any" diamond purchase you make will be backed up by a "Lifetime Diamond Guarantee" which will repair diamond loss or chips for FREE. So I bring it to the Langley location, and the rude, dismissive sales associate has no idea what warranty I'm talking about and then tells me nothing can be done for a ring under $500. Funny that the website fails to mention that. It is a disgrace that a company would rather fight you over warranty issues than offer a free repair that would probably cost them $30 max. I called the Abbotsford location and they told me that the lifetime diamond guarantee was included with my ring. A flat out lie to me as I was acting as though I was a potential buyer for the ring. This company CLEARLY just wants your money and then will tell you to get lost after the purchase is made. They do not back up the quality of their products, they do not care about customer satisfaction, and they will spit out any lie in order to make a sale. I also emailed them and got the same response as I did from the rude Langley location associate. Apparently you can just change policies whenever you like and find every loophole to avoid keeping "guarantees". I truly hope this dumpster fire of a company goes out of business.

Attention to ALL Ben Moss customers: I had really bad experience with Ben Moss as they refused to honor the life-time service that I purchased. I have contacted them through email, call and even walk-in. However, the answers that I got were always "NO". I read some negative Google reviews and found out there are many customers who have experienced the same issue. If you are in the same situation, I suggest you to leave a comment here. I believe that our voices will be heard, once we have enough people commenting. Thank you

The person who helped me was a kind person and tried her best to be helpful! When she asked for help with a difficult sizing of a watch to a person named Beth she was so rude and she should be shameful of her demeanour to a paying customer no less her fellow worker. No wonder they are going out of business!! Beth I hope in your next job you will think about your attitude a bit more and better yet I hope you are able to retire as it seems evident you dislike your job
