We were ushered in by an associate and were really given a VIP experience, she walked us through different relevant products, we ended up with a fabulous pendent and charms and for an incredibly reasonable price, highly recommend!

I have no idea how ppl say friendly staff. We were greeted with a sour attitude. mid way looking at stuff, one of the staff cameamd said you can find all of these on our website too and we left and will never go back. Bunch of snooty staff due to the high demand apparently.

First time shopping here for my wife and will definately be back. Christine was very helpful.

Management at this location is wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes staff can be a bit judgy and aloof. However overall great store management makes it awesome.

By far the friendliest staff of any Pandora I have visited. Vivian was so patient and attentive in helping me pick out charms. She let me know about last chance items and promotions, but was not pushy about it. Left feeling great with two beautiful charms for my mom! Thanks Vivian - people like you make shopping experiences so much better.
