Thank you so much for helping us find a great watch as a birthday present. They were able to offer discounts up to 40% and we saved a few hundred dollars. Way better selection for men’s watches compared to the other jewelry stores in this mall. I had gone to Coquitlam center looking for a certain brand and found very limited availability everywhere, except here.

Brought 3 rings into store in Langley (Willowbrook mall )to get estimate for claw repairs. Was the most unprofessional, unorganized experience I have ever had. Could not get a straight answer or a proper breakdown. The manager was not helpful at all and made un kept promises. Over 2 weeks they wasted . They use to be great to deal with many years ago not sure what happened ...

Wow I am surprised that such a well known company is not able to operate properly during the epidemic. Their website doesn't work when I try to checkout, it keep resetting all my entered information and I can't proceed! Their telephone help has long waits, I waited for 30 mins and then hung up without talking to anyone. I entered a promo code and it didn't apply it and said it's only valid until Jun 3 2020, which is today's date!!! I was planning to make a $500 purchase but with so many problems over a period of 2 days I think I will take my business elsewhere. I can understand shipping delays during this time but which didn't you invest in making a more stable website, especially since so many of your jewelry is "online exclusive".
