Bought my Betta here and they were quick to reassure me about his personality and why he didn't seem as energetic as the others. They also had great advice and even gave me two shrimp when I expressed I was hoping to have shrimp in the tank, saying that they were free to see if he'd eat them. I have a lazy, fairly friendly fish and it's thanks to them that I know that 😅

We bought the betta fish and found he got serious infection and ich. The poor little one died in 2 weeks after we tried all methods to save him, and all of our tank was polluted.
