Greenhawk Equestrian Sport - Langley

Lauren was such a great help the other day. She took the time to help me get my daughter outfitted for riding lessons. She explained everything in great detail and offered great recommendations on what we should have to get started out. Had the biggest smile on her face the entire time and made us feel welcome despite us knowing almost nothing about horses! Really made a positive impact on our visit we were nervous about. Will be coming back for sure!

Went in to buy a riding helmet - was in a bit of a hurry. Geena was very friendly and enthusiastic. She helped fit me into a comfortable helmet and we were in and out within 10 minutes at the most! Great experience.

I drove all the way from the upper mountain of maple ridge today 45 minutes to get to Greenhawk. I walked in with my 20 month old son whom is little and does not understand having to stay right beside me because of Covid etc.... There was no shopping cart option where I could place my child ina contained seat. I came to get 3 things , childs riding helmets, crossties and a broom . The lady whom appeared to be the manager was soooo unhelpful, condescending and rude to me I was only able to get cross ties and broom as not 1 single employee offered to help me get what i came for. NO ONE!!! My child was a handful and I decided to just leave... Greenhawk manager you need to learn customer service, your younger staff member who did my purchase of only $118 vs the $4-500 I was trying to spend in your store was kind enough to help me to my vehicle with my items as she could see its hard when yiu have a child. I came in because my child needs a helmet and I left empty handed. Lady you were so rude to me , you should be reprimanded for stunting the sales of this location. I've been using greenhawk stores for years and this was the first time experiencing a rude woman.... Covid or not i don't care, she was rude and unhelpful.

I went in for some clips and got excellent customer support from Danai.. Ended up going back for more the next day and was again shown by Danai the stuff I was hoping to get.. Thanks 😊

The salesperson spent a lot of time with us helping get my daughter outfitted for riding lessons. I appreciated her patience and the fact that when she didn't know the answer to something, she asked a senior associate for guidance. It was my first visit to Greenhawk, but certainly won't be the last.
