Staff are always friendly and helpful. They will carry things to your car for you. Your pets are welcome and loved, and you can even adopt cats here through a shelter they are affiliated with. I would rate them above 5* if I could.

My wife came in with a reusable bag, was asked to leave it behind the counter immediately, from the employee named “Tim”, however no one else in the store (clearly walking with large bags) was asked. When she pointed that out, she was simply told by Tim that “just you have to”. She was clearly being racially profiled. We love bosleys in Langley, will not be coming back to this one for obvious reasons

I have always had a pleasurable experience when shopping here. Tim has gone out of his way to help when someone can't get to the store! Above and beyond.

This Bosley’s on 176 & 64 is a franchise and my family would give a 0 star review after the way the manager treated us. He was disrespectful, rude, and completely insensitive to our mother. We bought dog food at the Squamish Bosley’s a couple of weeks ago where they said we could return it if our dog didn’t like it. Sadly, our dog passed away last Friday, so we obviously wanted to return it. We tried to return it at this location and the manager didn’t care that our dog had passed, didn’t care that he was embarrassing and raising his voice at my mom around other customers, wouldn’t listen to her, and clearly didn’t care that he was losing a long-time customer over a $8.99 bag of dog food. Our review is only for this manager at this store, as both the Bosley’s in Squamish and Bosley’s Corporate were incredible and understanding especially after hearing about this situation. If you want respect and want to return a bag of dog food without hassle, avoid Bosley’s on 176 & 64.

Always an awesome experience when we shop here. Owner is knowledgeable and really engaging. 100% enjoy spending our hard earned dollars here.
