A very bad place to work and when it comes down to getting paid . They are even worse .

I am a single dad of 3 year old twin boys. I got a job at Anipet in February as a Supervisor. All the employees seemed to enjoy their jobs and seemed happy. In my 2nd week I had to take a couple of days off as one of my boys was really sick to the point of going to the hospital with symptoms Of Measles. Turned out to not be. Thank god. But I was told to come back when I get in the clear. I phoned and told them it was a false alarm for measles and that I would be in the following day. So I finished my shift and was posthumously let go at the end of it. And I had a doctor's note in my pocket. My boys health shouldnt cost me my job, when I get the job in the first place to take care of them. Ii was also told when I started that it would take me months to learn the job. I was there for 2 weeks. And did make mistakes and I feel the expectation of me was more than I was led to believe. Had I known this was going to happen I would not have made some choices that set me back. Was not a fair way to deal with such a situation. Was very disappointed in that. My current job is far more understanding thankfully landed on my feet.

I contacted this company regarding a wholesale account. They told me to fill out the application which I did and sent it in. I sent it in on Aug 1 and called them on Aug 8 to verify if they received my application. They told me that they received my application and a salesman would contact me well its Aug 27 and still no call from a salesman. They told me that they were too busy with the pet expo but the pet expo is over now so how long does it take to call a potential customer back. This company likes to screw people around and play games. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. I applied at other wholesalers and was accepted and given an account the next day I applied. No this company never replied back to me via email and no email from them went to my spam or junk mail either so they can't use that as an excuse. Terrible service if they don't want to give people a wholesale account just be upfront and say so but they don't have the jam to do so.They just like to play games with people.
