These two are so fun! Buying a used car has such a negative reputation, but at Double E it was honestly just so fun. They were very patient, extremely educated on their product and process, and were so willing to help at every turn, even if that meant a referral elsewhere. Thankfully, we didn't need to be referred! They had fantastic stock to choose from, and even after a last minute pivot to a different model, they not only accommodated but did so on an extremely tight timeline. They stayed late, and worked over time to ensure that we could have our new car on a road trip to see family, they worked with our bank to work out unexpected wrinkles, and get us safely on our way. They're just... absolute gems. For us, it was the right car at the best price, but we will be back because of them, not only because of their cars or prices, it's because they genuinely care. I can honestly say Erdem was the loviest, honest and trustworthy mechanic I've ever met! I had trouble with my car and he took time from his busy schedule to have a look at the issue, (during canada day week). He told me the honest truth about my car and advised me on what to do moving forward. For anyone looking to speak to a real trustworthy knowledgable mechanic, call Double E Motors straight away! I simply can't say enough about our experience thus far with Double E Motors. Kimberly was knowledgeable, patient and accommodating throughout the sales process and Erdam has been attentive and professional in dealing with any post-sales quibbles with our "new to us" vehicle. I bought a 2016 Subaru Outback from Double E motors on Jan 4th, 2020. I didn't think buying a used vehicle after having my current vehicle stolen was going to be an enjoyable process.
