The good: - the price for full service is great - close to Nelson The bad: - forget about peace & quiet. You are right beside a busy main road - not sure why internet is practically non existent. This is also an old mobile home park so maybe too many users??? - fence would be nice since we were right next to someone’s back yard with noisy kids - no fire pits as you are in a “lawn” setup - no nice view so stay in your rv

No showers or laundry but if your self contained its a cute little place to stay. She only has about 8 or 9 spots in a mobile home park but its very quiet and really reasonable
