Where to start with the excellent service we received from Troy & Travis Darby at Kettle River Mechanical! My wife and I were travelling in the Christina Lake, BC area the 1st week of September 2019 by Motorhome, 2009 Winnebago with a ISB 6.7 Cummins Engine, when we encountered a red flashing stop engine light. We felt very lucky to find a service shop only 20 km away in Grand Forks, BC called Kettle River Mechanical. From the 1st phone call through to completion of the necessary repairs, we could not possibly be more satisfied with the exceptional service and help we received from Troy & Travis. Their knowledge and guidance from beginning to end made what could have been a very stressful situation easy to manage. They are a prime example of professionalism and without a doubt at the top of the class when it comes to their trade and an example to all business of how to care for and treat all customers. Anyone needing heavy truck/motorhome service in this area would be well served to call Troy & Travis. Awesome people, very knowledgeable, all round top notch.
