Helpful staff

Best pet/fish store in Kamloops! The staff are always very friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in. The manager is awesome and always tries to help with unusual requests. Generally speaking, the live fish selection is the most varied in Kamloops. I buy all my dog food there because of the service I know I can always count on...definitely 5 star rating

It's a run down and grungy petstore. They carry a decent amount of stock and pet food which is nice. The fish tanks and reptile tanks conditions are generally dirty and unkept. Algae all over the glass, finger prints, dead fish. It gets me what I need at least and the staff does usually ask if I need a hand out with my items.

This pet store doesn't smell like some stores, The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. I enjoyed looking at all the pet toy's, treat's, leashes, so many different types of food for your pet.

Standard Total Pet merchandise with a clean store and excellent staff! Good selection for any animal.
